    Oh, Snap! We apologise that the watch you bought stop working, but no worries! Refer to your warranty card service center location nearby you or if you are in Jakarta, just bring it to our shop and our customer service will be glad to assist you.

    We deliver worldwide! Shipping costs depend on the weight of your purchase and your destination.
  2. How do you deliver the items?
    We ship our items by either JNE, TIKI, DHL, or NCS. Next day derlivery is available for Express Purchases. This method of delivery is fuly insured.
  3. How much and how long does the delivery take?
    Express Purchase Products - We deliver within 24 hour to your doorstep, only for purchase made before 5pm everyday. WatchBoutique subsidises postage and fuel surcharge charged by the couriers for you guys (only Nationwide)!
    Regular Purchase Products - We deliver within 1-3days to your doorstep! WatchBoutique subsidises postage and fuel surcharge charged by the couriers for you guys (only Nationwide)!
  4. The item I received is faulty, what should I do?
    We apologize deeply for this inconvenience and we hope it doesn't deter you from making future purchases. Please let us know immediately if you have received any faulty, and our helpful customer service will assist you within 24 hours.
  5. What packaging will my WatchBoutique order will be delivered in?
    Every purchase you've made in our shop, will have bubble wrap packing, along with safe packaging to ensure your parcel arrive safe and sound. Shipment will be stated as fragile. WatchBoutique is not responsible for damages caused by shipping vendor.
